Connor Orr
Connor Orr, established The Orr Law Group, PLLC in 2024, bringing with him seven years of diverse legal experience in Nebraska and Iowa.
Since beginning his practice in 2017, Connor has built a reputation for providing comprehensive legal counsel including civil litigation, corporate transactions and governance, estate planning, and real estate transactions.
As the namesake and managing partner of The Orr Law Group, Connor combines his legal expertise with a unique understanding of the challenges faced by business owners. This perspective allows him to offer tailored, practical solutions to his clients’ legal needs.

Paul D. Heimann
In his role as legal counsel to a dynamic group of entrepreneurial business owners and managers Paul provides rigorous and creative counsel. Through his work with his clients, Paul has developed substantial experience in a broad range of business matters including asset purchase agreements, strategic partnership agreements, business workouts, real property transactions, private placement of securities, and business litigation involving close corporations and partnerships. Paul uses this experience to provide concise solutions to complex problems.

McGrane E. Pledger
McGrane E. Pledger is an associate whose practice spans corporate and transactional matters, commercial litigation, and real estate. On the transactional side, he advises businesses on entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. In his litigation practice, McGrane represents clients in commercial disputes, working to resolve matters efficiently — whether through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or courtroom advocacy. His real estate work encompasses purchase and sale transactions, lease negotiations, title matters, and real estate finance, serving both commercial and residential clients.
In addition to McGrane’s legal practice, he is a licensed athlete agent in the state of Nebraska and help represent athletes in contract negotiations and name, image, and likeness deals.
